Haksan Kahve is a coffee production and supply company offering integrated solutions that start at the source of coffee and extend to sourcing, roasting, grinding and packing.

Since our founding, direct relationships with cooperatives, farms and suppliers in producing countries have allowed us to bring specialty coffees from different origins to coffee brands and professional businesses in Türkiye.

Our work with cooperatives goes beyond green coffee supply: we build coffee selections around our partners’ needs, set up international sourcing links and develop lasting trade relationships.

Traditional methods, modern production technology

We see coffee production not simply as roasting, but as a field that calls for constant research, development and expertise.

Our wood-fire, electric and natural gas roasting systems let us bring out the character of each bean and build roast profiles tailored to our clients. Our R&D studies how different roasting technologies shape aroma, body, acidity and sensory character, bringing traditional methods together with modern roasting techniques.

We care especially about preserving traditional taste in Turkish coffee. For Turkish coffee orders by the tonne, we roast over a wood fire and grind on stone mills, carrying this culture forward at industrial scale.

Professional production and private label

With a private label capacity of 20 tonnes a month, we offer professional production to coffee brands, hotels, restaurants, cafés, retail chains and coffee traders.

We roast, grind and pack espresso blends, filter coffees, Turkish coffee and custom products with their own roast profiles. Through private label production we help brands build their own portfolios, from product development to full-scale production.

Coffee selections from around the world

We believe origin, soil, climate and processing shape the character in the cup. That is why a curated range of single origins from the world’s key growing regions is always in stock. If the origin you need is not on our list, we find it through our cooperative and supplier network, then roast and deliver it.

With beans from Latin America, Africa and Asia, we offer a wide choice to specialty businesses and industrial brands alike, and build sourcing solutions for specific origins, bean profiles and product standards.
